Non-Refundable Services

Once paid, fees for services or courses are non-refundable. We understand that life happens, therefore you may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service or course. Any cancellation less than 24 hours of service or course will forfeit the scheduled service or course. Clients will not be issued any funds initially rendered for services or courses nor will the service or course be transferred to the coming month. 


Cancellation/Postpone Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services or courses. If we cancel or postpone a service or course, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed service or course within ten (10) business days from its original date. In the event Booked and Busy Branding Solution elects not to reschedule the cancelled service or course, registrants will be offered a refund. Booked and Busy Branding Solutions is not responsible for any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrants may incur or have incurred as a result of any cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds.


No Show/Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will only be seen during their scheduled service or course time. No additional time will be allotted.
