We are all customers but sometimes we forget what good experiences look and feel like when we’re running our business.
Ask yourself the following questions, but If you have time create a survey to ask yourself customers these questions too!
When you answer “yes” ask yourself “how frequently is this carried out”.
When you answer “no” ask yourself “how can I begin to implement this.”
Quality & Value:
Are you delivering more than what is expected?
Does your business provide based on what satisfies your customer?
Does your customer know what your brand promises? (This is beyond what they are paying to receive.)
Does your customer look in the direction of your competitors?
Do you regularly speak to your customers?
Do you regularly share the developments of your organization?
Do you find a way to share customer successes and even your own personal experience when it is relevant?
Does your marketing material solve a problem for your customers?
Do your current customers share your services with others?
System and Processes
Do your customers enjoy the checkout process?
Do your customers enjoy how you communicate with them? (Email/text/call)
Do you track customer milestones or birthdays?
Do you have exclusive offers for customers who are loyal?
Is your system flexible in meeting customers needs?
